WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Customer Success Manager serves as the bridge between our customers and our organization working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism, quality, and responsiveness that define our company.
Within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to build a stronger customer success organization, develop your team, implement improved processes, and help elevate the customer experience as our company continues to grow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
· Develop and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team.
· Create efficient workflows, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to ensure exceptional execution and communication.
· Resolve complex customer situations with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
· Help create customer experiences that strengthen long-term relationships and drive future growth.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a leader who is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating a culture where teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer experiences go hand in hand.
· Three or more years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related field.
· Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
· Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
