Were looking for a Seasonal Lawn Care Specialist to help maintain the curb appeal of our rental properties. This is a full-time seasonal role with the potential to transition into a Maintenance Technician position for the right candidate once lawn care season wraps up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns and landscaping to high aesthetic and safety standards
- Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) efficiently and safely
- Ensure job site cleanliness and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
- Support the maintenance team with general labor tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Full-time, seasonal role (MondayFriday, weather-dependent, 10+ hour days)
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform outdoor labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in residential maintenance, landscaping, or construction preferred
