POSITION SUMMARY:
This event will take place in Miami Beach, FL from Wednesday, May 6th to Saturday, May 9th.
This will be a 4-day internship and availability for ALL four days is required.
Event Dates & Shift Times

Set-Up/Prep + Training Day
Wednesday, May 6th: Shift Time - TBD
Thursday, May 7th: Shift Time - TBD
You’ll assist with full-scale event setup and production, including merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing inventory, styling photo moments, and supporting our lead event producer across both creative and logistical tasks. These are highly hands-on, production-focused days centered around building and bringing the event to life, with a fast-paced environment and a strong focus on detail as we prepare the venue.
VIP Event (250–300 VIP talent & media expected)
Friday, May 8th: Shift Time - 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pop-Up Event (high-volume day with thousands of attendees)
Saturday, May 9th: Shift Time - 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.
