Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes using CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations while maintaining high quality standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CNC machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs and tooling specifications based on production requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor production staff on CNC operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with industrial equipment (CNC machines, vision inspection systems, robotics, and laser cutting and marking machines)
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
