Title: Machine Technician
Location: Broomall, PA 19008
Shift: 8 hour shifts, flexible between the hours of 5 pm and 5 am
Pay: $65,000 with an additional weekly amount of $100 shift differential
Machine Technician
We're looking for a skilled Machine Technician to maintain our manufacturing equipment and ensure smooth production operations. In this role, you'll be the first line of technical support, working to troubleshoot and resolve machine problems. You'll also work closely with our engineering team on the design, assembly, and startup of new manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities
· Equipment Maintenance & Support
o Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and improvement of production equipment.
o Troubleshoot and fix machine problems, and help design permanent solutions.
o Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment.
o Provide hands-on training for machine operators on troubleshooting and daily maintenance.
· Engineering Collaboration
o Work collaboratively with the engineering team during the design and build of new automated assembly equipment.
o Identify recurring machine problems and recommend engineering solutions.
o Document electrical aspects of production machines.
· Inventory & Documentation
o Maintain the required inventory of spare parts.
o Follow and create documentation as needed to comply with ISO 13485 standards.

Required Qualifications
· Experience with sensing technologies in manufacturing processes.
· Proficiency in mechanical automation systems.
· Familiarity with electrical automation hardware and control systems.
· Proven ability to manage multiple project priorities.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think abstractly.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to assimilate quickly.
