What will you do?
- Guide participants through visits with warmth; set expectations and reduce
- re accurate vitals and perform height/weight, ECG/EKG, and spirometry using site devices.Draw
- and process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, package, and ship per IATA/CLIA and site SOPs.Docum
- ent cleanly in source/eSource; enter data into eCRFs per protocol and ICH-GCP.Own t
- he room: stock supplies, maintain calibration and temperature logs, and keep spaces patient-ready.Coord
- inate the day: schedule/confirm visits; partner with CRCs, PIs, sponsors, and labs to keep timelines tight.Prote
- ct safety: spot and escalate AEs/SAEs promptly; support monitor visits and audits.Suppo
- rt consent: help ensure participants are informed and comfortable (no consent authority required).
- Clinically Versed: confident venipuncture, ECG/EKG; end-to-end specimen processing.

- Detail-Oriented: able to ensure proficiency in details, big and small.
- Medical Assistant diploma/certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA) or equivalent training.
- 1+ year as an MA (externship counts); confident venipuncture and specimen handling.
- Strong technology proficiency
- Exposure to clinical research (eSource/eCRF, Medidata Rave or REDCap).
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and CLIA.
- Bilingual (especially Spanish/English).
- 30-60-90 day onboarding with hands-on checklists and frequent
- ICH-GCP training/renewals and device competency sign-offs.Mento

- ladder: MA → Junior CRC in ~12–18 months, with milestone reviews and pay steps.
