We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer with equipment operator experience to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing, as well as hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of concrete work including setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, and finishing.

Operate a variety of construction equipment (e.g., skid steer, backhoe, mini excavator, loader) safely and efficiently.

Assist in site preparation and layout based on project plans and instructions.

Mix, pour, and spread concrete; use tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats.

Follow blueprints and layouts provided by supervisors or engineers.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on job sites.

Assist crew members with general labor duties as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete work.

Minimum 1 year of experience operating construction equipment.

Familiarity with job site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints (preferred).

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
