Responsibilities:
- Convert pre-qualified opportunities into active clients
- Schedule and conduct listing conversations with potential sellers
- Maintain timely communication with all inquiries and requests
- Price, position, and market properties to attract qualified buyers
- Provide regular updates and feedback to sellers throughout the process
- Build relationships with short-term rental and absentee owners
- Maintain follow-up systems and database activity
