Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® is seeking an Office Manager who will oversee daily administrative operations to ensure the organization runs efficiently and productively. This position acts as the bridge between the CEO, volunteers and staff. Core Responsibilities
- Maintain office systems, streamline workflows, and track office expenses in relation to budget.
- Manage inventory of supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and act as the primary point of contact for office management.
- Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars, liaising with other organizations within the industry.
- Opening correspondence, answering phone calls, and acting as the office’s primary point of contact.
- Assisting other employees, such as helping with expense reporting and ensuring workers have the necessary office supplies and resources to complete projects.
- Planning company events, such as retreats and holiday parties.
- Making travel arrangements for volunteers and employees.
- Other duties as specified.

- Tech-savvy: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), CRM, database and virtual communication platforms.
- Experience: 3-5 years of administrative experience.
