Are you a Medical Assistant or CNA looking for a change? Our client is hiring NOW for Medical Office Receptionists. These positions are temporary long-term contract positions with an hourly rate of pay at $23.00 per hour. Positions are clerical based supporting a medical office department. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm & 7:15 am - 5:30 pm). If you are wanting to make a move into the medical office environment, this is the position for you. Apply TODAY!
General Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors as they enter the lobby
Assist patients with checking in for their appointment
Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer callers if needed
Prepare paperwork for patient appointments
Data entry into a database computer system
General Requirements:
Experience as a Medical Assistant is highly desired
EMR medical database experience is highly desired
