Job Location:
This role will be 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
Clearance:

Job Description:
In this position as a Senior Manager of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will lead a team of proven and experienced robotics and cognitive tool developers supporting the establishment of an enterprise-level Robotics Center of Excellence (COE), scalable robotics platforms, and a cognitive tools development team. You will oversee developers, solution architects, and IT security SMEs delivering capabilities across on-premise and cloud environments, while managing platform integration involving various database and analytics tools. In this position, you will also:
- Provide robotics programmatic project management and support governance structures for RPA intake.
- Lead support for "swivel chair" RPA use cases such as form completion, data compilation, report generation, and data validation.
- Drive the integration of cognitive automation capabilities including machine learning (ML), chatbots, artificial intelligence (AI), and intelligent character recognition (ICR).
- Enhance fraud prevention and customer onboarding processes by applying cognitive decision-making to identify behavioral patterns and risks.
- Lead development of automation solutions from ideation through operations and maintenance (O&M).
- Operationalize and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator Platform as part of a scalable Intelligent Automation (IA) ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading cloud-based RPA/AI project implementations within the Federal government sector.
- 3 years of experience deploying and managing UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent RPA platforms.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator or other major RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Familiarity with cognitive tools such as natural language processing, ML model deployment, or ICR.
- Background in integrating IA into complex business workflows.
- Knowledge of Federal compliance, data privacy, and IT security frameworks.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
