This role helps shape and deliver marketing programs across a variety of channels (social media, radio, digital, email, etc.), making sure to support SCI Hispana’s goals and reflect a consistent brand voice. The role blends creativity with strategic direction and works closely with sales teams to build campaigns for the Hispanic and general market that are cohesive and effective.

•Drives campaign efficiency thorough monitoring and optimization
•Collaborates with the Corporate marketing team, field stakeholders, IT and external agencies
•Gathers, synthesizes and distributes campaign results and insights to leadership

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Implements Marketing/Advertising Campaigns 40%

  • Plans and executes both market and national-level campaigns within different channels, such as social media, email, print and radio.
  • Manages relationships with any outside agency used
  • Compiles and organizes advertising budgets and performance, utilizing information to ensure optimization
  • Utilizes advertising tactics including behavioral/contextual advertising, marketing and social media

Content Creation 30%

  • Creates thoughtful, engaging and impactful culturally relevant content to increase overall leads and conversions across all channels
  • Develops content strategies for various marketing projects
  • Ensures consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
  • Works collaboratively with sales leadership and SCI Hispana’s marketing team to concept and execute content

Reporting & Optimization 30%

  • Creates a system of ongoing campaign monitoring and reporting
  • Provides regular analysis of campaign performance to operational and sales leadership
  • Compiles and distributes regular reports and status updates
  • Execute consistent and strategic optimizations to all paid campaigns
  • Uses a content management system to improve lead to sales ratios by using data and relationships with field leaders

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science or related field required

Experience:

  • At least three (3) years experience with online advertising, Facebook advertising, display advertising, pay-per-click advertising or a related marketing role required
  • Familiar with Facebook, Google and Yelp Ads
  • Has a deep understanding of Hispanic cultural nuances, values, and media consumption
  • Basic understanding of HTML and/or other programming language(s) preferred
  • Proficient understanding of the digital advertising landscape and demonstrates a track record of driving measurable results toward business objectives
  • Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to think critically and remain flexible among a diverse and ever-changing business environment in a complex organization
  • Proficient with key digital marketing tools, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics and keyword/competitive analysis programs
  • Native or near-native Spanish and English proficiency
  • Proficient with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to run analysis and reports in Microsoft Excel on large data sets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and communicate appropriately across multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to self-manage competing priorities and overlapping deadlines
  • Occasional travel (approx. 5% of the time - quarterly)
