Call Center Banking Specialist Compensation
• The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Call Center Banking Specialist Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Training begins May 4, 2026
• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM MT
• Various schedules available after training
• On-site position in Rio Rancho, NM
Call Center Banking Specialist Responsibilities
• Assist clients through inbound phone calls regarding credit cards, banking services, and short-term lending needs
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries while ensuring a positive client experience
• Sell and fulfill banking products such as credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending products
• Ask probing questions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Refer clients to additional banking partners when specialized services are needed
• Manage risk in all transactions while following company policies and procedures
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and active listening
Call Center Banking Specialist Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
• Flexibility to work various schedules including weekends and holidays
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Call Center Banking Specialist Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Experience in a call center or contact center environment
• Experience with sales, cross-selling, or upselling products
• Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining quality customer service
