Job DescriptionProduction Worker - No Experience Needed!
Shifts:
- 1st: 6am-2:30pm, $18-20
- 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm, $20-22
- 3rd: 10pm-6:30am, $22-24
Role Summary
We are seeking production workers to produce precision silicone and plastic components used in life‑saving medical devices. You’ll operate equipment, inspect parts, and maintain accurate production records in a clean, modern, climate‑controlled environment. You could be assigned to one of the three following departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Molding Department
- Operate molding presses and injection molding equipment.
- Load raw materials, remove finished parts, and complete basic quality checks.
- Record production data and escalate any process deviations.
- Trimming Department
- Trim excess material and flash from molded components using hand tools.
- Conduct microscope‑based inspections to identify cosmetic or structural defects.
- Ensure all parts meet strict medical‑grade quality standards.
- Mill/Mix Department
- Weigh, mix, and process silicone or plastic materials according to batch specifications.
- Operate milling and mixing machinery to prepare compounds for production.
Qualifications
- Experience with microscopes or visual inspection tools.
- Prior cleanroom, medical assembly, or precision manufacturing experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and consistent attention to detail.
- Understanding of medical device quality expectations and documentation practices.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
