Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday.
Wage: $19.00/hour.
As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a key role in daily operations by providing in-person and phone support to clients, scheduling appointments, and processing online applications.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally at the Front Desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Provide clear information regarding program eligibility
- Process online and on-demand applications
- Maintain confidentiality and detailed records
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience (required)
- Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history (required)
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
