What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Iwis and our customers
  • Process purchase orders and quotations with precision
  • Handle inside sales responsibilities and respond to inquiries via phone/email
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate customer accounts
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support key accounts
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
