Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Neurological & Community-Based Care
Location: Mystic, Stonington, Pawcatuck (CT) + Westerly, RI (preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving Connecticut and Rhode Island. We provide one-on-one, hour-long therapy sessions in the home and community, allowing our clinicians to deliver highly personalized, functional care.
Our primary focus is on neurological rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life. We are a growing, clinician-led practice built on quality care, strong relationships, and community engagement.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home and community
- Evaluate and treat clients with a focus on ADLs, IADLs, safety, and functional independence
- Treat individuals with neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, stroke, balance disorders) and orthopedic needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Educate clients and caregivers to support long-term success
- Communicate effectively with the care team and referral sources
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Connecticut (Rhode Island preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for working with older adults and neurological populations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Structure
- Competitive per-visit rate based on experience
- Evaluations paid at 1.25x visit rate
- Follow-up visits paid at 1.0x visit rate
- Mileage reimbursement between clients

- Westerly, RI (preferred)
