Location: Ferry Rolls inside The Ferry Market
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly (based on experience)

We’re opening a high-energy lobster roll booth in Ferry Market, serving fresh, elevated items
with speed and personality. Think buttery rolls, fresh lobster, and a fun market atmosphere.

Responsibilities
• Prep and execute menu items in accordance with recipes and other guidelines and standards
• Adhere to food safety standards with regards to food preparation, storage, and sanitation
• Manage time-temperature logs and keep proper rotation of held foods
• Be dynamic and willing to assist others and slide stations as needed during slower and busier operating hours
• Be comfortable and enthusiastic interacting with guests
• Potentially handling phones/tablets, and using POS system and cash register as needed
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Qualifications
• 1+ year line cook experience
• Highly preferred: SERV Safe certified
• Highly preferred: have your own knives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-footprint kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Have a strong desire to serve others, be detail oriented, and thrive under pressure
