What Youll Do
As a Recruiter, you will lead recruiting efforts across all 10 offices, working directly with executive leadership and office managers to identify top talentespecially experienced freight sales agents and brokers. Your primary mission: source, vet, and onboard high-impact sales professionals who can hit the ground running. Youll also support additional hiring across marketing, operations, and admin as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for freight and logistics sales brokers, with a sharp focus on those bringing existing books of business
- Coordinate hiring needs across 10 office locations with individual office managers
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for sales, marketing, finance, and remote virtual assistant (VA) roles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for experienced freight brokers and high-volume sales agents
- Post, manage, and optimize job listings across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche freight job boards
- Screen resumes, conduct first-round interviews, and coordinate advanced stages with office managers and executives
- Assist with onboarding documentation, offer letters, and training schedules to ensure seamless integration
- Track hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics; report progress to senior leadership on a regular basis
Youre a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a sales or logistics background
- Are confident sourcing high-performing freight brokers with books of business
- Are sales-minded yourselfyou understand the hustle and recognize true selling talent
- Excel at time management and handling multiple pipelines across diverse office locations
- Are a natural communicator, comfortable liaising between hiring managers, candidates, and executives
- Bonus: Have experience recruiting remote workers or virtual assistants
