Position Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admissions & Student Affairs Coordinator to support admissions and student services operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors while providing administrative support, managing communications, maintaining student records, and assisting with events and student engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front desk point of contact and provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
  • Manage shared email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route requests appropriately.
  • Provide information regarding admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student resources, and related processes.
  • Process incoming mail, voicemail, and other communications.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate student and admissions records.
  • Enter and update prospect and applicant information in CRM and database systems.
  • Assist with admissions events, application review support, and decision notifications.
  • Support student affairs events, including event coordination, setup, and administrative assistance.
  • Assist with student organization activities and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student affairs, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
    • Equivalent education may substitute for required experience.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with students in an educational environment.
    • Prior customer service experience.
    • Experience with CRM systems and database management.
