MUST HAVE RECENT CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN Shift Manager for an acute care travel assignment. This leadership-focused role combines charge nurse responsibilities, clinical mentorship, and shift management while supporting safe, high-quality patient care across Med Surg/Tele units.

Position Details:

• Unit: MS Tele Nurse Shift Manager
• Care Setting: Acute Care
• Shift: Nights
• Shift Length: 12 Hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Med Surg/Tele experience required
• Must have recent Charge RN experience in last assignment
• No first-time travelers
• Strong central line experience required
• Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and enjoy teaching/mentoring

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
