Job Description🛠️ CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift
💰 Pay: Up to $35/hour
📍 Location: Shakopee, MN
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Operate multi-axis lathes and Haas mills for high-precision machining
- Set up machines with proper tooling and perform tool changes
- Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges
- Make minor program edits to optimize accuracy and efficiency
- Handle both short runs (8–10 parts) and long runs (3–4 days)
- Complete 2–3 machine setups per week
- Document processes and quality checks using iPads
- Work primarily with aluminum and steel materials
✅ What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience with CNC mills or lathes
- Proficiency in machine setup and tooling adjustments
- Skilled in part inspection using micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

This is a Permanent position based out of Savage, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
