Now Hiring: Associate Coordinator, Administrative Assistance/Mailroom Clerk

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: $20–$25/hour on W2

Contract: 6 months to start (with potential for extension)


🔍 Purpose of the Role

We’re growing—and our accounting team needs your help! This new position is designed to take over mail processing and basic administrative responsibilities, allowing the finance team to stay focused on their core tasks. You’ll become a key support player in keeping everything running smoothly.


🗓 Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hours: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
  • Location: Hybrid—Work remotely for most tasks
  • In-office requirement: 2–3 times/week in our San Diego office (mail tasks must be done on-site)


What You’ll Do

  • Open, scan, and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist with accounts payable and payroll admin tasks
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting team
  • Provide general administrative support across departments


👤 Who You Are

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Entry to mid-level professional with:
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Familiarity with AP/payroll tasks is a plus, but not required
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
