This is a long term contract opportunity.

Are you a master of the calendar with a knack for navigating complex logistics? Our Outbound Contact Center is looking for a meticulous, high-energy Strategic Scheduler/Customer Service Representative to join our Gas Operations team.

In this role, you aren't just booking appointments; you are the engine that keeps our service technicians moving and our customers happy. This is a fast-paced, professional environment where your ability to solve puzzles in real-time is not just appreciatedits essential.

What Youll Do

  • Master the Schedule: Orchestrate a high volume of gas operation appointments, balancing technician availability with customer needs.

  • Be the Voice of Reliability: Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional, helpful "can-do"attitude.

  • Solve Problems on the Fly: Reschedule and resolve conflicts swiftly to ensure a seamless service experience.

  • Navigate Regulations: Apply your understanding of service systems and legal safety regulations to every booking.

  • Lead & Mentor: Share your expertise by helping train entry-level schedulers as you grow within the team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Communication Skills: An excellent phone manner and the ability to use scripts as a foundation for genuine, helpful conversation.

  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: You catch the small things that others miss, ensuring every appointment is logged accurately.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an ability to navigate database systems like Access.

  • Goal-Driven Energy: You thrive on meeting personal targets and contributing to team-wide success.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume call center or scheduling environment is a major plus.

  • Aptitude: A quick learner who can grasp complex service systems and safety mandates.
