Schedule: Days | Rotating Weekends | 7–10 Hour Shifts
Compensation:

Salary: $135,004 – $202,555 annually (Based on experience)

Incentive Bonus: 17.5%

Job Summary
A large acute care hospital in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to lead hospital-wide case management operations. This leadership role oversees Care Coordination, Social Work, and Chaplain Services while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective discharge planning processes.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Case Management department

Manage staffing, FTE allocation, onboarding, and team development

Lead Care Coordination and Discharge Planning processes

Monitor department performance and implement process improvements

Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and support services
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
-
Supervise approximately 110 FTEs, including Managers and Supervisors
-
Participate in weekend on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
-
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (Preferred)
-
Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license (Required)

3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience
-
2+ years of leadership experience in case management
-
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
-
Experience building physician and community relationships preferred
