Customer Service


  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service.*
  • Responsible for building a strong rapport with current and prospective customers, whether in person, over the phone, through email, or just out marketing.**
  • You must be attentive. Listen to each customer. Understand their needs.**
  • Customers are our #1 priority. Protect them. Confidentiality is a must.*

Pay Day Loans

Installment Loans

Title Loans

  • Ensure all team members know and understand all the products and services offered.*
  • Ensure that all customers are educated on the products and services requested.**
  • Has the ability to recommend and sell products and services that best fit the customer.*

Marketing


  • Market to inactive customers via phone, mail, or text messaging. Offering promos.
  • Market to prospective customers via direct mail, through the referral program, and even through field marketing
  • Develop business partners; market through your partners, too

Work Experience


  • Minimum One year in financial services industry (Required)
  • Tax preparation (Preferred)
  • License Auto insurance agent (preferred)
