Customer Service

- Ensure all team members know and understand all the products and services offered.*
- Ensure that all customers are educated on the products and services requested.**
- Has the ability to recommend and sell products and services that best fit the customer.*
Marketing
- Market to inactive customers via phone, mail, or text messaging. Offering promos.
- Market to prospective customers via direct mail, through the referral program, and even through field marketing
- Develop business partners; market through your partners, too
Work Experience
- Minimum One year in financial services industry (Required)
- Tax preparation (Preferred)
- License Auto insurance agent (preferred)
