Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent cardiology group, is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to become part of our vibrant and expanding team at Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York.

As a top provider of cardiology services in the Capital Region, we prioritize delivering exceptional, compassionate care through teamwork, innovation, and a focus on the patient experience.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-time role in Interventional Cardiology (excluding structural interventions)
• Become a member of a team comprising over twenty seasoned physicians and advanced practitioners
• Comprehensive range of services available: Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Surgery, and Cardiac Surgery
• Shared on-call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends (covering both Samaritan and St. Peters campuses)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State
• Strong clinical abilities with a dedication to outstanding patient care
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to excel in a team-oriented setting

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

Our organization provides a thorough salary and benefits package that includes:

• Competitive base salary range: $600,000 - $650,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, additional shift bonuses, and other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance along with other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
