Join our team and play a key role in keeping our firm running smoothly! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and people-focused professional to handle a mix of:
✅ Internal accounting – Payables and reconciliations
✅ Process improvements – Assist in documenting procedures, maintaining documentation
✅ HR & events – Plan outings, celebrations, and social events
✅ Admin tasks – Phones, scanning, deposits, supply orders, team and client coordination
✅ Marketing support – Social media & website updates
What We’re Looking For:
•\tOffice/admin experience (accounting firm experience a plus)
•\tProficiency with Microsoft Office
•\tStrong organizational and multitasking skills
•\tGreat communication and team spirit
