Job DescriptionRole Summary

Our client, a global workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Science & Clinical Account Executive to drive business development within scientific and clinical staffing verticals. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering workforce solutions through a consultative sales approach.

The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual capable of managing the full sales lifecycle while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle business development activities including territory management, lead generation, prospecting, and qualification
  • Conduct outreach (including cold calling), schedule meetings, and present solutions to prospective clients
  • Develop proposals, pricing models, and service agreements tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and conduct client business reviews as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions post-sale
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing services
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
  • Experience in science or clinical staffing strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with workforce solutions in scientific or clinical environments

Compensation & Work Model

  • Base salary range: $73,875 – $90,000 annually, with variation based on experience and geographic location
  • Comprehensive benefits package provided (details shared during hiring process)
  • Location: East Coast (preferred markets include Raleigh, NC; Boston, MA; and Florida)
