Under the direction of the Sales & Marketing VP, executes the Micropump strategy for market growth and increasing sales revenue and market share. This position is responsible for sales activities within CEME U.S, including developing and implementing sales strategies, evaluating and improving the sales channel, and identifying and providing actionable feedback to internal and external stakeholders related to current and future customer requirements and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages with primary customers to develop and maintain long-term Industrial relationships focused on sales growth. Drives consistent accountability with critical customers to ensure accountability KPIs are being achieved; develops sales plans and onboards new customers
- Develops annual forecasts and strategies to achieve company objectives
- Develops and executes market growth strategies, project strategies, and competitive countermeasures to resolve issues with the customer
- Leads negotiations with sales to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Works with cross-functional team members to provide solutions to customer opportunities and challenges
- Increases revenue with existing customers and leverages the technical aptitude of the CEME U.S technical Team.
- Establishes and develops influential executive relationships with customers while promoting value through scorecards using promoter score methodology to measure service and product quality; identifies areas for improvement and develops and realigns sales strategy as necessary
- Assists in the enhancement of existing market positioning to achieve CEME U.S sales and growth objectives
- Works with Sales and Service functions to provide superior support to CEME U.S channel partners, continuously supports to improve customer satisfaction levels, and identifies new opportunities for increased revenue through enhanced product offerings and additional services
- Champions and executes processes that influence and drive accountability KPIs; aligns metrics for new customer onboarding
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May work variable schedule(s), including nights and weekends, as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Sales or Engineering or relevant work experience; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales function
- Strong business acumen
- Strong understanding of the industrial market and the ability to identify emerging trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

COMPENSATION RANGE
- The estimated annual compensation for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00
- This position is eligible to participate in the business annual bonus plan (20%) based on YTD salary, Performance of MBO, and company meeting set annual EBITA goals.
