Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, observations, and report writing for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective support strategies in a multi-tiered system of support.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students individually or in groups, tailored to their unique developmental stages.
- Participate in the creation and execution of IEPs and 504 plans, ensuring compliance with both state and federal guidelines.
- Offer consultation and professional development for school staff on behavior management, mental health awareness, and best practices for inclusive education.
- Support crisis intervention and contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote a safe, healthy learning environment.
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current and valid School Psychologist license for the state of Minnesota.
- Experience working at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and development of intervention strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
