Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Rare floating
- On-call: one shift per week
- Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
- Orientation on Mondays
Qualifications:
- Active KS or compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- At least 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (5+ years and large facility experience highly preferred)
- New graduates not accepted
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to a wide variety of patients
- Respond rapidly to acute conditions and life-threatening situations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individualized patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to facility protocols
- Maintain readiness for rare floating assignments and on-call shifts
