Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional seeking a new challenge? Stout Roofing is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:
As our Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Payroll Review
- Certified Payroll
- Quarterlies / W-2s
- Payroll Liability Payments
- Workers Comp Monthly Reporting
- Workers Comp Audits
- Arizona TPT tax reporting
- Company Credit Card Reconciliations
- Mortgage Payments
- Commercial Customer Billings
- Liability Insurance Audits
- 1099s
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
- Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks (experience with NetSuite is a major plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
