Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365.
• Assist in managing calendars and appointments for team members.
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory to support seamless operations.
• Ensure accurate filing and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments.
• Monitor and address administrative issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.• Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
