Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support container management and racking systems across our East Moline and Davenport locations. This role involves hands-on work with plastic totes and racks, including cleaning, sorting, scanning, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial washing machines to clean plastic totes
- Sort, stage, and scan containers using RF hand scanners
- Remove manufacturer tags from containers and racks
- Perform basic repairs on plastic containers using hand tools
- Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and ensure accurate shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Skills
- Forklift operation experience and ability to pass a forklift test
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
