• Hours: 35 hours per week

Compensation Package

• Weekly Gross: $3,983

• W2 Rate: $27/hour

• Weekly Stipend: $3,038

Position Overview

A healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor – Adult Behavioral Health to provide clinical and administrative leadership within an adult inpatient behavioral health setting. This role is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting high-quality patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to nursing staff within Adult Behavioral Health.

• Oversee daily unit operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.

• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered behavioral health care.

• Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatry, social work, and case management.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities.

• Monitor patient care outcomes and address operational or clinical issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• 7+ years of nursing experience

• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience

• Behavioral Health nursing experience required

• BLS Certification
