Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Physical Therapist is needed to support early childhood education for the 2025-2026 school year in the Saint Charles, MO area, serving students in Bridgeton, Berkeley, Ferguson, Jennings, and nearby communities. This full-time contract position requires 36 hours per week (7 hours per day) and will begin ASAP through May 22, 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing individualized therapy goals based on student needs
• Participating actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Providing direct Physical Therapy services to students
• Evaluating student progress and reporting quarterly on goal attainment
• Creating and maintaining an effective therapy schedule
• Consulting with staff as needed to support student success

Caseload size will range from 30 to 60 students weekly, depending on individual student abilities and required therapy time.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with appropriate credentials for school settings
• Experience providing Physical Therapy services to children, preferably in early childhood education
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
