 AC1 Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team ! We have part-time positions available. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide patient care under direction of nursing supervisor</li>
<li>Observe clients' physical, mental and emotional health and report any changes or concerns to nurse supervisor</li>
<li>As needed, assist in meal preparation</li>
<li>Assist in the transport of patients to medical appointments</li>
<li>Provide companionship and basic care to clients</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and healthy environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>1-2 years previous experience in , patient care, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends</li>
<li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
<li>Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate</li>
<li>Ability to pass a criminal background check</li>
<li>Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation</li>
