Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our partner’s mission-driven team in Round Rock, TX.
This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY with a flexible hybrid model and exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities for the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to an underserved patient population in both in-person and virtual outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and promote wellness, education, and preventative care.
- Participate in a team-based approach to healthcare delivery, working alongside providers, support staff, and community partners.
- Deliver care consistent with current standards, including screenings, diagnostics, and follow-up.
- Contribute to organizational quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Requirements for the WHNP:
- Board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Active and unencumbered license to practice in the state of Texas
- Passion for providing care to underserved communities and removing barriers to access
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine platforms
- Able to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
- Experience with community outreach and emergency coordination is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to $125,000 annually
- Hybrid work model (partially remote based on virtual patient panel)
