We are seeking a skilledTool and Die Makerwith strongmachinist experienceand a focus onrepairing and maintaining dies and tooling. This is not a traditional tool-making role—our ideal candidate excels in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and restoring tools to peak performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Perform precision machining using mills, lathes, grinders, and other equipment.
- Modify and adjust tooling to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve tooling issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or Machinist with die repair expertise.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
