Position Overview
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our firestopping and caulking crews. This position involves hands-on field work on active construction sites throughout Wisconsin.
Primary Services Performed
- Firestopping of penetrations and joints
- Caulking and sealant installation
- Division 7 scopes including fire-resistive and life-safety systems
- Surface prep, patching, and detailing
- Working from plans, UL systems, and project specifications
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to perform construction-related tasks
- No theft-based criminal history
- Dependable, punctual, and professional on job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior construction experience (firestopping, caulking, drywall, painting, coatings, or related trades preferred)
- Familiarity with commercial job sites and safety requirements
- Ability to read basic drawings or follow system details (training provided if needed)
