Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and planting.
• Ensure the proper care and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and specifications to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.

Requirements:

• Clean background (applicant must pass a background check)
• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance REQUIRED.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Authorize Tri County Environmental LLC to verify ALL employment history.
