Functional Description

The Data Entry Specialist Intern will support the team with accurate data input, organization, and maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations, data management, and business systems.

Scope of Outcomes

The core responsibilities for this position include:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
  • Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records
  • Assist with data cleanup projects and system updates
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Follow company data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience
  • Familiarity with databases or CRM systems is a plus


Environmental and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, for extended periods of time
  • Dexterous ability to manipulate small objects
  • Willing to work standard and non-standard hours as required to support the customers
