<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<li>Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to drawings and work instructions</li>
<li>Read and interpret mechanical and assembly prints</li>
<li>Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Operate shop equipment such as drill presses, saws, lathes, and mills</li>
<li>Perform drilling, tapping, and general mechanical assembly</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor-related issues</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives</li>
<li>Assist with occasional field or customer support as needed</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience</li>
<li>Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with tools and shop equipment</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with pneumatic systems and schematics</li>
<li>Sensor troubleshooting experience</li>
<li>Welding or machining experience</li>
<li>Experience working in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment</li>
