Talint's client is a small, dynamic boutique e-discovery firm that provides data and document management solutions, specializing in tailored technologies that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence. They work with commercial and government clients.

Our client has an opening for a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, coordinating project delivery, and supporting operational processes to ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery, project management client relationship management, and operational coordination within the legal technology environment.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and/or legal technology services;
  • Strong understanding of EDRM lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows;
  • Experience with project management principles (PMP preferred);
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with attorneys, corporate counsel, and litigation support teams;
  • Familiarity with Relativity, iCONECT, Everlaw, DISCO, Nuix, or Exterro platforms;
  • Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale;
  • Partner with Sales to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to project kickoff;
  • Understand client business objectives, litigation timelines, and success metrics;
  • Communicate project milestones, deliverables, and risks proactively;
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and reviews to assess satisfaction;
  • Serve as the “voice of the client” in operational and strategic discussions.
