Job Summary
Join the expanding team at Handzel & Associates as a Customer Care Representative! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Ukrainian and Russian speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of policy documents, policy changes, and relationship management. Your bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian and English will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our diverse client base. Utilizing cutting-edge CRM(AMS) and insurance management tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clientele. We are seeking a driven, energetic, and highly organized individual who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Communication: Answer all phone calls promptly, diligently screen calls, and clearly communicate with clients via phone and email to manage expectations proactively.
- Policy Document Management: Process and send out policy declaration pages, renewals, changes, and certificates of insurance with a focus on fast turnaround and accuracy.
- Billing and Payments: Handle payments and address basic billing questions efficiently.
- Account Reviews: Contact clients around renewal periods to conduct account reviews and identify opportunities for multi-line accounts to refer to producers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized support.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions, policy changes, and document statuses.
- Team Support: Raise your hand if struggling to meet outcomes, allowing the team to assist in prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience: 2 years in customer service preferred, ideally in insurance or a related industry.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 3 months (if unlicensed), with company-sponsored support including study materials and exam fee reimbursement.
Skills:
- Strong capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and productive with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
