About the Mental Health Outpatient Clinician Position:

If you are a Mental Health Professional (Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Forensic Psychology), Licensed Preferred (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a passion for changing lives and a willingness to work with a challenging population, please consider this opportunity. Commonwealth Clinical Group, Inc. is a local provider that serves individuals with Problem Sexual Behaviors, Domestic violence issues as well as general Mental Health concerns and we are in need of outpatient clinicians in our York county location. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a mix of group, individual and family therapy, this team of dedicated clinicians collaborates to improve lives, change behavior patterns and make our community better and safer. Clients include both court mandated consumers and those seeking treatment on their own.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client care and crisis intervention.
  • Engage with families in counseling sessions, particularly for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Stay updated on clinical research and best practices in behavioral health.

Education Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services Field
  • PA Licensed: LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW - preferred
  • LAPC considered
  • Interest in working with children, adolescents and adults

Full-time Rates:

  • $55,000.00-$60,000 - PA licensed annual salary range (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • $50,000.00 - Non-licensed annual salary

Part-time Rates:

  • $50.00 per hour for a full session - PA licensed (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • $40.00 per hour for a full session - Non-licensed
