At Design Solutions, we specialize in high-end, full-home interior design tailored to luxury clientele.

As we continue to grow and expand our presence—especially within the South Florida and NYC markets—we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to support our client experience and front-end operations.


The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the luxury design space. This individual will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and optimizing the initial stages of our client journey—from first contact to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

● Use MLS and other data sources to research potential clients

● Own and manage our CRM system and sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and lead tracking, including email and SMS message sequences, templates, and email blasts

● Answer and route front office calls with courtesy and professionalism

● Return any missed calls in a timely manner

● Qualify leads over the phone

● Handle all inbound and outbound communications with prospective and current clients

● Identify and nurture relationships with qualified high-end clients through networking events

● Build Design Solutions’ referral network by fostering relationships with key partners such as architecture firms, realtors, and other industry professionals to generate inbound referrals

● Manage referrals and referral tracking to other vetted design firms for unqualified leads

● Prepare customized client pitch decks and other sales presentations

● Respond to emails and questions from potential clients, partners, and vendors

● Ensure effective communication between the design, sales, and marketing teams

● Work with clients to answer questions and guide them through the design process from end-to-end, ensuring a premium level of customer service, attention to detail, and relationship management

● Work with CEO’s assistant to coordinate calls and meetings as needed with prospective and existing clients


What We’re Looking For

● 2+ Years of experience in sales or client relations within a luxury-focused industry (e.g., interior design, real estate, fashion, or hospitality)

● Proven track record closing deals from lead→contract

● Must have experience with outbound, phone-based sales

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence

● Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) highly preferred

● CRM proficiency and tech-savvy mindset

● Highly organized, self-motivated, and service-driven

● Ability to work independently and consistently meet KPIs

● Able to represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and a refined sense of hospitality.
