We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to be a strategic marketing partner for our enterprise clients.
This is not a sales role.
It is a performance marketing and digital media role focused on measurable impact and client success.
Hybrid schedule - 4 days remote, 1 in office per week
In this role, you’ll turn marketing goals into concrete growth outcomes. You’ll manage performance marketing across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok, use the Darwin platform to surface creative insights, and lead strategic conversations with marketing leaders. You understand the data, the story behind it and know how to make it drive results.
- Own performance paid digital media strategy and client relationships, serving as both advisor and optimizer.
- Translate data into marketing strategy by identifying trends, uncovering growth opportunities, and communicating the “why” behind results.
- Lead performance reviews and QBRs, highlighting actionable insights that drive ROI — not just reporting data.
- Optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and client KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, creative strategists, and product teams to deliver compelling, data-backed recommendations.
- Empower clients by training them on the Darwin platform to independently monitor and interpret creative and performance insights.
- Drive measurable business impact, ensuring a direct, undeniable connection between your strategy and client success.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing or optimizing digital paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and leveraging analytics to guide decisions.
- Experience as a performance marketer that handles customer budgets and runs marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing enterprise media accounts, performance marketing or working with creative.
- Background in performance advertising technology, or growth marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement, attribution, or creative testing methodologies.
