ClinicalCare
- Conductnursingassessmentsandinterventionswithinyourscopeofpractice
- Evaluateemployeeswithwork-relatedinjuriesandillnessesforfitnessforduty
- Providefirstaid,triage,andreturn-to-workclearances
- Performrequiredscreenings,medicalsurveillanceexams,andpre-employmentphysicals
- DeliverhealtheducationandcollaboratecloselywithclientHR,safety,andoperationsstaff
CaseManagement
- Managepersonalandwork-relatedinjurycasesperclientpoliciesandBHSguidelines
- Providemedicalinputonwork-relatednessofinjuriesandillnessestositeleadership
- Coordinateindependentmedicalexaminationsandinterfacewithlocalhospitalsandemergencyproviders
ProgramLeadership&Operations
- Overseeday-to-dayoperationsoftheoccupationalhealthunittoensurequalityandefficientuseofresources
- Develop,administer,andmaintainoccupationalhealthpoliciesconsistentwithclientandBHSgoals
- Conductprogramaudits,gapanalyses,andoutcome/cost-savingsmeasurement
- Ensureclinicaldocumentation,OSHAcompliance,andregulatoryadherence
- SuperviseandmentorBHSPRNsitestaffwhereapplicable,coordinatestaffingandonboardingsupport
- Supportwellnessinitiatives,healthpromotionprogramming,andchronicconditionmanagement
WHATWE'RELOOKINGFOR
RequiredQualifications
- CurrentRNlicenseinthestateofGeorgia
- BLSCertification(current)
- 3-5yearsofnursingexperience
- 2-5yearsofoccupationalhealthnursingstronglypreferred
- Bachelor'sDegreeinNursing(BSN)minimumorAssociate/DiplomaDegreewithBachelor'sinarelatedfieldsuchasbusinessorsafety.
PreferredQualifications
- CertificationinOccupationalHealthNursing(COHNorCOHN-S)
- CertificationinHearingConservationand/orSpirometry/PulmonaryFunctionTesting
- 5+yearsofoccupationalhealthexperienceformanager-levelconsideration
